Your products will be wrapped in tissue paper and posted out in cardboard shipping box, which ever is the most appropriate. The parcel will have your address, and our returns address in the event that delivery cannot be made.

We normally expect to despatch all orders within one working day, however in the run up to really busy periods like Christmas we may take up to 2-5 days for some orders due to the high volumes.
Customers will be provided a tracking number once items have been dispatched. As all deliveries are made via courier, it is important to ensure someone is available on the day of delivery as a signature will be required. Most deliveries do not require special assistance; simply ensure someone is available to receive the package and sign if required.
If delivery fails, the courier will leave a notice or attempt redelivery. Re-delivery fees may apply depending on the carrier.
